A lot of folks battle with the idea of being deserving. They feel that there’s something amiss about them. That’s why they feel they don’t deserve happiness, love, riches, you name it. Here are some things to avoid when trying to change your life and love yourself more. When you’re trying to feel you do deserve all the best.

1️⃣ Stave off equating yourself with other people, particularly if they have more than you of whatever. You’re unique and your situation doesn’t match anybody else’s. See yourself as an individual with your own exceptional range of influence, which you sincerely have.💪🏾

2️⃣ Stave off equating your present life with your life as a youngster. You were fundamentally powerless as a youngster, as is every child. What was then, when you were a youngster, doesn’t manipulate what can be when you’re fully grown.🙌🏾

3️⃣ Stave off damaging thinking. It’s said that individulas have between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day – – most of them damaging. If most of your thoughts are damaging, and they’ll be unless you make a concerted effort to alter them, just think how you’re perpetuating negativity in your life.

Feeling stuck and can’t seem to pull it together? Try these quick tips to manifest the life you want:

▪️Change Your Attitude:

This is hard for me too as I can get very upset and weary when my life isn’t going as plan, but you have to constantly look on the bright side and remember every small step is a Giant step toward your goals and you will get there.

▪️Set Up Your Day:

Try to start the day with prayer, meditation, or just some quiet time alone with your thoughts. This helps the

whole day flow smoother and in doing so you set yourself up for amazing things to come into your experience. I pray every morning to safe guard my thoughts and it usually works.

▪️ Keep Your Ideas 💡 To Yourself:

This may seem crazy 😜 since as soon an idea pops into your brain you’re ready to spread the word…but stop 🛑 . When you have a new idea, the energy around it is sacred to you. And when we share that energy before it’s ready, we risk losing it. You start sharing it and suddenly all the bad, negative energy vampires 🧛‍♀️ suck the life out you and your little idea😫

▪️You Must Take Action Now: don’t wait until you think you’re ready…if you have the vision, just start. Start the book, start the business, start whatever it is you’ve been dreaming about. Don’t put it off someone is waiting on your talents 👏🏾

▪️Own Your Greatness: say YES to your value, to serve, to receive money, to gaining clients! You deserve this and it’s your time to Shine 🌟 Say YES to good things coming to you.

There you have it, go out and get the life you been dreaming of😉

As we close out the month of May I want you all to remember that your mental health is very important. There’s no way you can focus on life, relationships, business, kids, or work if your brain isn’t functioning.

I know life gets hectic and you have people to care for, but who will care for them when your 6️⃣ feet under?????🤷‍♀️🏽

I learned a long time ago to put my mental health first by letting go, settings boundaries, and saying NO to what and who no longer serves me.😲

People say I’m mean, nasty, and don’t have to be like that….I laugh 😅 they better thank God I sought help, take meds, and got saved😂😂😂

So ladies, I say all this to let you know that things will only get better when you do and the first step in Self-Care is seeking help if you need to! Please check the free services in your area if your insurance doesn’t cover behavioral health! You owe it to yourself and to the others you care about around you!👍🏾

All of us make mistakes all of the time, but when you make a mistake how do you feel?

I know for those of us who suffer from depression or anxiety can really be hard on ourselves. So what do you do when you fail or make a mistake?

Do you beat yourself up or do you learn and move on?

Making mistakes is a normal part of life. Taking responsibility and facing up to our mistakes is a great way to learn, and to avoid doing the same thing again.

Lord, lift me up for Your blessings today. I pray that you will anoint me with strength and self care today, tomorrow and always. I pray that you will grace me with patience and wisdom. I pray that You will encourage me throughout the day to take the correct steps to walk proudly, and behave well. I pray all of these things in Your name! Amen.

Morning Prayer Loving Who You Are…..

God, help me love the life I live right now. Show me the good things I often overlook and help me be content with what I have. Forgive me when I compare myself to others, forgive me for longing for things outside of you and your kingdom. Thank you for loving me right where I am, right as I am. Help me keep my eyes on you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Always remember to love everything about your life just the way it is…..

Morning Prayer…Self-Love💕

Starting today, dearest Father, help me to live my life being myself and not pretending to be someone else. Help me to love and accept everyone else the way you created them. Please give me wisdom enough, love enough and courage enough to seek your way, your truth and follow it in all I do. Help me to remember that when I reject others, I reject myself and when I reject myself, I reject You. Clean my mind of any emotional poison it has known through abusive words, actions of others and of myself. Please help me to be happy to share my time with my loved ones and to forgive them for any injustice and hurt I feel in my mind. Give me to love my family and friends unconditionally, to find better, loving ways to communicate with everyone, that there is no winner or loser.

In order to have a healthy, loving relationship with another human being, you must first learn to love yourself. Self-love creates a stronger capacity to love others. It opens you up to experiencing love without fear. Self-love makes you stronger, and when two self-loving individuals get together, they have the ability to experience the full potential of love.
