Monday Motivation…Organize Your Life💪🏾

Sometimes you are so overwhelmed with endless work or studies, family and friends. You find that you don’t have the time to do anything. So how exactly, do you organize your life and create more hours in a day?

1. Get yourself a planner✍️🏽📒

Write down everything that you need, your groceries list, your phone, your appointment dates. Write everything down inside there. Then in your planner, make a to-do list for your day. Don’t make a list that you can’t achieve. Like for instance, you would like to complete a paper by today. That is impossible isn’t it? Break your large tasks into small actionable tasks. Then make a to-do list for the week. This is an extension of your daily list. What you can’t do today, you can do tomorrow for that week.

2. Be effective with your activities

Do all your shopping at one go. Don’t go to the store to buy your milk now, then in the evening, drop by to buy toilet paper. You are wasting your time. Compile a shopping list and do all your shopping at one go. Another example will be to pay your bills all at one time instead of paying them at different times.

3. Multitask

Do you have to wait at the dentist for an appointment and at the same time you have to write that important paper? So whilst you are waiting for the dentist, bring your piece of paper and brainstorm about the ideas you use to write in your paper. Load the washing machine and whilst waiting for it, send some emails, or do your calls.

4. Assign a time frame🕛

Set a timeframe for your tasks each day. Give a time slot for each item and plan your day properly. For example, you have to go to the dentists at 11 and you also have to buy groceries. So while you are out of the house, put your groceries shopping at 10 in the morning and then you can go to the dentist after that. Then you can go straight away home. You are saving time and saving on fuel too instead of two trips out of the house.🙌🏾

So what are you waiting for? Get your life organized and you will find that you have more hours in a day to do everything! 💪🏾

In the end, you have to remember that you know yourself best. A lot of folks battle with the idea of being deserving. They feel that there’s something amiss about them. That’s why they feel they don’t deserve happiness, love, riches, you name it. Here are some things to avoid when trying to change your life and love yourself more. When you’re trying to feel you do deserve all the best.

1️⃣ Stave off equating yourself with other people, particularly if they have more than you of whatever. You’re unique and your situation doesn’t match anybody else’s. See yourself as an individual with your own exceptional range of influence, which you sincerely have.💪🏾

2️⃣ Stave off equating your present life with your life as a youngster. You were fundamentally powerless as a youngster, as is every child. What was then, when you were a youngster, doesn’t manipulate what can be when you’re fully grown.🙌🏾

3️⃣ Stave off damaging thinking. It’s said that individulas have between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day – – most of them damaging. If most of your thoughts are damaging, and they’ll be unless you make a concerted effort to alter them, just think how you’re perpetuating negativity in your life.

Happy Monday….

With hope you forever have a path towards peace. If we get too stressed out and overwhelmed within our own life, we blank out that hope. We blank out that the sun always shines after a rainy day, and that this is simply a bump in the road.

I find immense peace in just recognizing, deep within my heart, that everything will be all right. With hope, I Understand that whatever is apparently dreadful is only impermanent and that in time, things will be just fine. This takes off all of that negativity from my total being, and I feel better pretty much immediately.

I learned that hope is the sole option. Without hope I have zero. Hope isn’t “wishful thinking” of the “if wishes were horses” assortment. Hope is the most potent force in the universe. Hope is faith—in spirit, nature, science, and mankind.

What matters is having hope in the future—hope that we’ll wake up tomorrow to a better day. Hope is the future—the only future worth having.
