Are You Ready To Be Happy This New Year 🎊

Happiness is a "now you feel it, now you don’t" emotion.😁😩🤷🏾‍♀️

I know this from personal experience and from hearing of the experiences of others. Sometimes I’m very happy, other times, sad, joyful, contented, frustrated, and sometimes very neutral.

Several years ago I had no reference point for the word happy. I knew technically the meaning of the word, however, the experience eluded me. Joy I could do, happy for some reason, no.

One day during a workshop the word happy was demonstrated to me with much laughter from the audience. Now I not only get "happy" but remember it also as a fun experience.

There are many small things that can make me happy as well as give me endless joy. I’ve listed seven simple ways toward experiencing a happy moment, but the first check you have a reference point to the word happy. Find out what happiness really means to you?

1️⃣	Remember or create a ‘happy’ moment. When you live the experience of ‘happy’ your mind and body will remember. Feel the happiness in all parts of you, expand this feeling if need be. Practice this daily.

2️⃣	Access the Present moment. Notice what happens to you when you’re totally focused on a comedy show on television, when you listen to light-hearted music or when you dance - even if it’s on your own. I sometimes groove to a tune in my office when no-one’s looking – it makes me feel good, cool, give me a break from what I’m doing and I laugh at myself!

3️⃣	Invite friends over for some playtime. Organize paper, crayons, paint, and colored pencils, whatever you can think of and do some drawings or paintings. You could also ask each person to bring along a plate of food.

4️⃣	Spend time with nature, go for a walk down the beach or park; observe wildlife in your area or visit a plant nursery. Notice your mood when amongst the spirit of nature.

5️⃣	Take something with you that gives you great pleasure such as a book, journal for writing or your MP3 player and sit and "Be" under the canopies of trees for a few hours.

6️⃣	Learn something totally new such as another language; pottery or painting or start your meditation, personal or spiritual development program. You’re only ever limited by your own imagination.

7️⃣ Join a club or group that you have an interest in.(like my Facebook group)👉🏾 Unleashing Your Mask You can then expand your friendship base with other like-minded souls.

With any of the above activities assess what and how you’re feeling as well as where you feel the emotion and how much are you laughing, grinning, or smiling? Remember them totally by living the experience and you will then be able to recall this memory when you want to.

Include to memory your experience colors, smells, sounds, and tastes – all the better for remembering your happy time with.

Quiet time spent alone can open the door to the possibility of connection to that most amazing and magical part of you that is your true self, the spirit within.🌟

From my experience, the key to a happy life begins with remembering who you are, know what gives you enjoyment, be present, and know that regardless of your circumstances no-one can take away your thoughts or dreams, they are yours to keep for as long as you wish.💖

Happy December…Are You Ready To Create The Day You Want???

Happy Monday Friends...

Do you tend to let your outer circumstances set the tone for each day? Do you allow other people and events to trigger feelings of anger, frustration, impatience and more?

When you do this, you are not using the power you have available to you! By using the Law of Attraction, you can turn every day into a great day. One way to do that is by using intentions and visualization to create your day.

When you first wake up in the morning, spend 10 minutes or so thinking about the types of things you’d like to experience that day. How would you like your workday to go? What kind of people would you like to meet? Would you like to receive some great opportunities to advance your career or financial situation? How would you like to feel for the majority of your day?

Grab a blank journal or notebook and jot these details down! Once you’ve got all the details written down, spend a few minutes vividly imagining each scenario in your mind, exactly as you would like it to happen. Pretend you’re watching a movie in your mind, seeing it all play out exactly as you’d like it to.

Most importantly, allow yourself to feel as if they were actually happening now. Immerse yourself in feelings of excitement, joy, happiness, and gratitude as you enjoy one great experience after another. Use this same process for every experience you’d like to have that day.

By the time you’re finished you should be feeling fantastic; buzzing with good spirits and high expectations!

Then continue with your normal routine, taking special care not to be “attached” to any specific events or experiences, just simply staying open to whatever comes. Keep affirming that great things are going to happen to you that day, and you feel great about all of the blessings and abundance in your life.

At the same time, avoid getting entangled in feelings of worry, anxiety, frustration, and anger as much as possible throughout the day because those feelings will interfere with the positive energy you’ve already put out.
And with the holidays approaching, having a positive outlook will come in handy...trust me!

Have an O’mazing week friends…

Let’s Set Your Mind on Success to Assure Abundance in Your Life: 💵

Here are a few fundamental actions you are able to do to bring outright abundance into your life:

. Being Grateful

🔅Distinguish what your core needs and wants are:

This is where you must truly take the time to get to know your unquestionable self. Use “quiet time” and meditation to help you clear up what is truly important to you and why. Recognizing what you seek is half the way to really accomplishing it.

🔅Distinguish any barricades to your deservability:

As you say your affirmations, or once you think about income, it’s likely that you might experience negative responses. If you say something positive, but within your thinking NO! Then you recognize that there’s a topic there that must have additional attention. Once you’ve distinguished a block, spend time reviewing your beliefs and experiences about it; try to distinguish trigger events or influences. Ask yourself if these notions are really honest for you, now. When you’re ready just dismiss those negative ideas.

Occasionally, if you have distinguished a serious block, that has a heavy emotional impact on you, or is established on some trauma in the past, it’s best to seek a therapist or councilor to help you through your subject, so that you are able to let it go and advance to your prosperity.

🔅Distinguish your real beliefs about income:

Such notions commonly but not always come from childhood. What are your beliefs about income? Also, consider the things your parents taught you about income when you were growing up. What beliefs about money did you experience? Write everything down. Then break down if these beliefs are really true for you today. If they are negative,

you must review the belief and dismiss it, replacing it with a positive, prospering thought.

🔅Affirmations for your successfulness.

Here is a dandy one . Once a day, stand with your arms open and say with delight…

“I’m open and receptive to all the good and abundance in the cosmos, thanks, Life.”

Remember, everything you say and believe is an affirmation. Be cognizant of your words and your thoughts, keep them positive. Recognize and dismiss any negative thoughts that arise.

🔅Get really truthful:

Whatsoever you claim from life, life will claim from you. You must avert any sort of dis-honesty. This can in reality be truly hard, as I don’t just mean the obvious matters, but likewise little things, like not being honest with your change if the sales assistant has made a error, or borrowing little items from the office. Or perhaps you sneaking time or relationships or respect from others. All these matters count, it’s like saying to yourself… I don’t merit the good in life, so I’ll steal around and take it.

🔅Thankfulness:

Thinking negatively about the things you desire is what is addressed as “poverty thinking”. To accomplish your prosperity you must dismiss this thinking. Alternatively, start “Prosperity Thinking”. Look around in your life, everyplace you’ll find both huge and small things to be thankful for, individuals you know, little events that put a grin on your face, your youngsters, income you receive…. our lives are full of abundance already, but frequently we choose to dismiss it. You’ll never draw in more abundance into your life if you brush aside what you already have. So daily set just a little amount of time aside to consider and be thankful for all the good things you already have in your life, by treasuring and centering on the good things you have, you’ll attract even more into your life. It’s simple but true.

1.Devotion: An Enthusiastic Zeal

Devotion in a relationship keeps you away from being an infidel. It keeps your loyalty to your company and of course, your eagerness to simply do better in life. Just look at the numerous nuns who have chosen a vocation of devoutness.

2. Grace: Keeping It All In

Despite all the heartaches and pains in life, individuals should struggle to adapt to a life filled with grace. You need not be beautiful if you exude grace as with it, everything seems to glow so easily.

3.Idealism: The Pursuit Of Perfection

Despite everything else, each individual should always pursue idealistic ways. In times of chaos, need or dispute, it may be the only virtue that will keep you sane. And after, idealism will allow you to keep your humanity too.

4.Love, Love, Love.

It is truly the purest of all emotions and exactly what you need to make you want better things. And because, “all you need is love.”

Understanding the concept of forgiveness is one thing but being able to give mercy is another. In this cruel world that people live in, mercy is a saving grace.

Could You Some Time Management?? ⏰

✨My business experience has taught me one true thing: That maximizing your productivity, happiness, peace, or impact can best be accomplished if you clearly understand the 5 Rules of Time.

⏰1. Have goals

Being more efficient with your time is irrelevant if you don’t know how you want to spend it. In managing time, the compass is more important than the clock. Know where you want to go and spend your time on the things that get you there.

Many people spend energy trying to be more efficient without first doing what’s important: setting goals. It’s like being lost on your way to a new city. Driving faster doesn’t help if you are going in the wrong direction. Figure out what direction to go in and head that way.

Once you’ve prepared it, your list of goals will reveal what is important to you.

⏰2. Analyze how you spend your time

It is always good to know how you’re spending your time right now. You can track this by setting a timer to go off every 15 minutes; whenever it sounds, write down exactly what you are doing. Alternatively, divide your day into 15-minute blocks and record each activity you do.

Once you have your time logs, examine them. How do they compare to your goals? Are you spending time where your priorities are?

⏰3. Keep a to-do list

This sounds too simple, but it really is the basis of all time-management systems. Your to-do list can be electronic, on fancy paper, bound in a notebook or loose-leaf. The key is to have everything you want to accomplish on one list. My to-do list might have a one-line item on it, such as “write annual report,” which refers me to a much larger file or even a file box on that item.

⏰4. Prioritize your list

Once you have the list, determine which are the important items. Mark these with a highlighter, a red pen, or in any other way that makes them stand out.

I sometimes find my to-do list is too big. Every item on the list calls out “pay attention to me!”, even though most of them weren’t highlighted as important. In these cases, I take a blank sheet of paper and cover my to-do list and write down only the three or four most important items. Those are the ones to focus on.

⏰5. Control procrastination

I use a number of tricks to break any lingering tendencies to procrastinate. For instance, I happen to like having a hard copy of my digital to-do list. I reprint it every few days as new items are added and completed ones dropped. It is at these times that I look for the items that I’ve marked as high priority, but which are just not getting done.

People often say I have great self-control. In truth, though, much of it is environment control. I control my environment to eliminate things that I might use to procrastinate. Take games off your computer, for example, sell your TV, and get rid of the busywork jobs that you use to avoid the important tasks.

I have developed one effective habit that has helped break me of procrastination: “Do the worst thing first.” At the beginning of every day, I do the one task that is causing me the most stress, and that I haven’t been getting done. Sometimes I just give it a quarter of an hour — based on the theory that I can stand just about anything for 15 minutes. Frequently it is this short thrust that breaks me through.

If I still find myself procrastinating, I review my reasons for setting a goal. To create extra motivation to complete a task, I strengthen the reasons why it should be done. Similarly, many people reward themselves for completing a job.

Finally, a word of advice. If after reading this far you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, I suggest you go back to Rule 1 and add peace (contentment) to your list of goals. Time management is not about adding stress; it is about giving you the time to be the person you really want to be.

Gratitude Journal 📓 6/22/18

We know that we will go through desert times and difficulties, but we also have the assurance that your love brings joy.

We see this over and over in the Bible, as the exile returns home or God raises up a leader to champion the forsaken.

We see this in Jesus’ death and resurrection.

God of joy, thank you!

Have a great Friday,

A Little Wednesday Wisdom

When I first saw this fact, I was pretty blown away. I mean those of us with sight, spend most of our time frowning and we get to see so many beautiful things in front us. We frown at traffic, we frown at crowds, we frown if someone honks their horn. We frown about every damn thing.  I just couldn’t get it out of my head that a blind person sees none of this and manages to smile, so what’s our excuse. Just think about it hell we have sight for one, I felt pretty shameful after reading this and will think pretty hard about the next time I fix my face to frown. Hmmm, I hope this fact was helpful and that you manage to get a smile or two in today. Have a great Wednesday….

“The world is like a mirror, if you face it smiling, it smiles right back at you”

“SMILE, let everyone know today, you’re a lot stronger than you were yesterday.”
