In Hope – Ecclesiastes 9:4
In Hope – Ecclesiastes 9:4
Starting today, help me to love myself so much that I never set up any circumstances that go against me. I can live my life being myself and not pretending to be someone else just to be accepted by other people. I no longer need other people to accept me or tell me how good I am because I know what I am. With the power of my self-love, let me enjoy what I see every time I look in the mirror. Let there be a big smile on my face that enhances my inner and outer beauty. Help me to feel such intense self-love that I always enjoy my own presence. In Jesus name!
Remember to pray over yourself and insert love into your day!
Have a Wonderful Wednesday

Happy Sunday friends, hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!
I’ve been under the weather with a respiratory infection and it has taken all the life out of me!🥺😷
I’m feeling a bit better today as I get ready for worship this morning!
Our church has decided to commit to the Daniels Fast for the next 21 days and I have decided to join in!
There are so many reasons why I feel I need to get closer to God!
Have any of you fasted before?
Did you do it alone or with a church?
I have fasted for Lent but never like this before so wish me luck!☺️
In the meantime, as I was researching this fast I came across some of the benefits that may help me as well:

Good morning friends, happy Monday and Christmas Eve! 🤗
Lord, sometimes the Advent season can be stressful, even difficult.
There are moments of awkwardness when someone gives you a gift and you have nothing for them, or vice versa.
There are moments of loneliness amid the bustle. The pains of fractured relationships seem especially sharp at this time of the year.
Please keep my eyes focused on you. Help me not get so invested in the idea of a ”perfect holiday” that I neglect my daily time in prayer.
Wishing all of you an amazing day, sending virtual hugs to those in need of one! 🤗🥰
Remember to put your mental health first and continue to stay focused!
When things go wrong
As they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit…
Rest if you must — but don’t you quit.
Have an amazing Wednesday,

Psalm 119:114: “You are my refuge and my shield. I have put my hope in your Word.” God is in your corner despite the world falling apart around you. He will never leave your side because he is your protector. Trust in God to keep you safe and know that he will help you pick up the pieces in your life. Be hopeful in God and he will bring you the hope and ability to get through what may seem like the end. God is and always will be your light and hope.
Just in case someone needing reassuring tonight! You are not alone!
When you find yourself full of despair and hopelessness, look to God. When everyone around you says it can’t be done, it’s not worth your energy, or you have too much to lose; Do not allow your obstacle to appear larger than what God can handle. Remember God is greater than the obstacle at hand. Have faith in Him and He will fight the battle for you.
Good morning friends, every day is a journey through time and space.
Thank you, Lord, for the journeys that make up my life and take me amazing places.
I am grateful for the things I’ve learned on my life’s journey.
Allow me to appreciate the journey more thank the destination and keep an open mind for unexpected gifts on the road.
I may not always end up where I thought I would, but I’m grateful for the paths I travel.
Today as my son leaves the halfway house for the last time,
I’m so grateful God took him on that journey to prison because I think it saved his life.
He was headed for a life that wasn’t for him and wasn’t raised to be in.
God saw him through all those months, and I survived him being back there.
I thank God for the journey we both went on because it made both of us stronger.
Be thankful for your journey even when you don’t understand your path.
Have an amazing Friday,
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us.~Romans 8:18
☺️Good morning friends, it’s hard to be grateful for difficult times.
💓Help me to see my trails as an opportunity to grow and change.
💓Help me reach out to others who are suffering their own difficult times.
💓Thank you, God, for the chance to know you better through my suffering.
💓Help me remember and be grateful for the suffering you endured to help me.
💓Let me find the bright side of every trial and the strength to be grateful for the rest.
I know it’s easier said than done, but trusting God in all of your circumstances can really help.
As a person who suffers from depression, sometimes I can barely see the good in anything but I know I have to.
God will be beside you no matter what, so always be grateful!
Peace & Love
After my baptism last week, I decided it was finally time to go all in on this new relationship with God.
I decided to create a prayer journal to get closer to God, it would give me a chance to better learn scripture and apply them to my life now.
After dealing with depression and my son going to prison, there were a lot of things I blamed God for.
I no longer want to be angry with Him, I want to understand more why He allows suffering.
Why things end up the way they do when we don’t pray.
So many questions….🙋🏽♀️
