
Here are a few thoughts that tend to get in our heads which keep us stagnant in our healing and growth!
I usually get so upset with my clients when they use these words because what comes out of your mouth is a product of a negative thought!
These thoughts aren’t helpful! Remember, you don’t have to think or act on every thought that pops in your head!
✸I Don’t Have Enough Time: in my opinion, this is just an excuse and a procrastination tactic! Check in with yourself, trust me , I bet you can find time for things that mean you no good, fix that!
✸NO One Will Ever Love Me: is this why y’all stay trapped in unhappy relationships? This thought is absolutely untrue, and you don’t need anyone to love you; love yourself first, my dear! (check out my new email course😉)
✸Life Isn’t Fair: childdddd life isn’t fair for a lot of us, you ain’t special! There will always be good and bad things happening in your life at any given moment. Hate to break it to you, but that’s life! 🤷🏽♀️
✸That’s Just The Way I Am: 😠I absolutely freaking hate this saying,; you were not born an overthinker; you were not born struggling, hopeless, or unworthy! STOP this thinking immediately!!! You are FEARFULLY & WONDERFULLY made; your circumstances don’t make or break you!
