I’ve been enjoying retirement, which let me focus on my life coaching business, and I even had a chance to create a new journal which is on sale on Amazon right now!!!! ➡️My New Journal
Yes, I’m super excited, and if you know me, I love all things journaling and couldn’t wait to create one of my own! This is the first of many that I will create and publish!!!
Also, I just finished my Self~Love Series, which was an amazing 14 days of teaching lessons on how to love yourself, have a better relationship with yourself, and journaling!!!
So as you can see, I have been super busy, mentally things have been great, and I’m trusting my journey!!

▪️Journaling helps clear the mind….
Journaling is an excellent method of clearing mind-clutter and managing thought patterns. The “untamed” mind tends to wander about aimlessly. At any given moment, we have a multitude of thoughts and internal conversations.
▪️Our random thoughts can turn into worries, which turn into stress, which can then manifest as conditions like depression or illness. The act of addressing our thoughts and acknowledging our inner voice allows us to clearly express our feelings, motivations, and desires. When we do this, we gain the insight needed to effectively manage them.
