Are You Stuck With Old Habits…

➡️Habits, oh those filthy habits. Habits are acquired from training, influences, observance, and practice. We acquire a lot of habits throughout our life, some are good, and others are foul. Good habits we may keep, but if one wants to better their life, the dirty practices have to take a hike. Eliminating bad habits however isn’t simple, especially if a dependency is involved. For this reason, we have to learn how to change our bad habits.

➡️We as individuals wander through life, making excuses. Anytime we experience something complicated, we will frequently make excuses for why we can’t deal with the issue. (I did this a lot, sadly) This is also a bad habit. We have all heard 1000000000000s of times. If you’re out to better your life, you need to state, “There is something that blocks me from my accomplishments, and I have the might to change it.
The first key to success is to quit making excuses. You can commit by choosing a new habit.
Like today, I’m going to stop judging other people and myself. This is a standard mistake individuals make in the world. We spend time labeling other people and ourselves. This will get you nowhere at all. Break the habit of critiquing yourself so harshly.

➡️Now, do you think negatively? Like I can’t alter this. My life is full of shit; I can’t swing it any longer. Why me? If you spend your life believing negative and stating negative connotations, attempt changing your ways of thinking today. For example, state, ”I am going to accept the things I can’t change, and I will not dwell on the negative now.” Instead of speaking negatively, move forward to make your life experience even better by practicing positive thoughts, your past doesn’t define you but thinking it does will!!!

➡️Once you decide that you want to make change the bad habits and improve your life, begin small. Rather than jumping the gun, take little steps to success. Too many times individuals try to change overnight. This only leads to frustration. Bad habits can’t be broken easily, trust me, I know, I’m in recovery from alcoholism.
When you’re working to alter your life and habits make certain you seek support and feedback. You don’t have to walk the road to success alone. Feedback helps you stay focused and on the right track, make sure it’s from people who trust and support you; others will only bring you down!

➡️So if you think you are ready to change those bad habits, believe you can, and you’re half the way there.

I’m rooting for you💪🏾,
