As we close out the month of May I want you all to remember that your mental health is very important. There’s no way you can focus on life, relationships, business, kids, or work if your brain isn’t functioning.

I know life gets hectic and you have people to care for, but who will care for them when your 6๏ธโƒฃ feet under?????๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฝ

I learned a long time ago to put my mental health first by letting go, settings boundaries, and saying NO to what and who no longer serves me.๐Ÿ˜ฒ

People say I’m mean, nasty, and don’t have to be like that….I laugh ๐Ÿ˜… they better thank God I sought help, take meds, and got saved๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

So ladies, I say all this to let you know that things will only get better when you do and the first step in Self-Care is seeking help if you need to! Please check the free services in your area if your insurance doesnโ€™t cover behavioral health! You owe it to yourself and to the others you care about around you!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

If you need help seeking help or advice on tackling that part of your life, let me be there for you!!!๐Ÿ’ž
