#tuesdaythoughts
How many of you journal? If not why not? Journaling can be very beneficial to your healing and it gives you a chance to write all those negative thoughts on paper ๐ instead of being stuck inside your brain causing stress!๐ฃ
I love to journal and love coming up with different questions to ask myself, then I come back to my journals to see if my answers have changed…you know to see my growth!
So if you donโt journal, you can write these questions and answers down and stick them in your bible or favorite book for later!๐
Here you go:๐๐พ
โขWhat habit would you most like to break? What habit would you most like to start?
โข What are you most proud of?
โขWhat are you most afraid of?
โขWho would you like to connect (or reconnect) with? Why?
โขWhat practical skills do you wish you had?
โขIf you could make one change in the world, what would it be?
โขWhat excites you?
โขWhat do you wish you did more of?
โขLetโs jump forward a year. What would you like to have achieved in the past year?
Happy Journaling,

Welcome, My name is Olivia Shepherd, and I am the founder of this awesome blog about depression and mental illness. I started this blog in 2016 after being diagnosed with Major Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. I didn't have anybody to talk too or share my feelings with, so I decided to share them publicly to help others.
I'm passionate and dedicated to bringing awareness about mental health, especially in the African American community.
I also want to empower your voice to speak up and fight the stigma surrounding this illness.
Iโm also the founder of AshesToBeauty Mentoring & Outreach, a virtual online service dedicated to to the positive development and accelerated recovery of girls and women who have experienced abuse and depression, Ashes To Beauty strives to empower women to take their lives back by providing life skill education, one-on-one mentorship and impactful personal tools by which these impacted women can build the foundation for a successful future.
Look forward to having you read my blog,
