Journaling Is Healing…

How many of you journal? If not why not? Journaling can be very beneficial to your healing and it gives you a chance to write all those negative thoughts on paper 📝 instead of being stuck inside your brain causing stress!😣

I love to journal and love coming up with different questions to ask myself, then I come back to my journals to see if my answers have changed…you know to see my growth!

So if you don’t journal, you can write these questions and answers down and stick them in your bible or favorite book for later!📝

Here you go:👇🏾

•What habit would you most like to break? What habit would you most like to start?

• What are you most proud of?

•What are you most afraid of?

•Who would you like to connect (or reconnect) with? Why?

•What practical skills do you wish you had?

•If you could make one change in the world, what would it be?

•What excites you?

•What do you wish you did more of?

•Let’s jump forward a year. What would you like to have achieved in the past year?

Happy Journaling,

Do you hate being in pain? Silly question as no one enjoys pain. But when something bad happens in your life that makes you feel very hurt, do you tend to avoid the painful feelings it creates within you because it’s just too much to bear? Or do you suck it up and move the hell on?

Here are some positive affirmations to recite in the mist of that pain:

~Controlling my emotions is becoming easier and easier

~I am beginning to think logically, even in stressful situations

~Stressful situations are becoming easier to deal with

~I will deal with my emotions in a positive fashion

“One thing you can’t hide – is when you’re crippled inside”
