All of us make mistakes all of the time, but when you make a mistake how do you feel?

I know for those of us who suffer from depression or anxiety can really be hard on ourselves. So what do you do when you fail or make a mistake?

Do you beat yourself up or do you learn and move on?

Making mistakes is a normal part of life. Taking responsibility and facing up to our mistakes is a great way to learn, and to avoid doing the same thing again.

As you figure out how to overcome the guilt of making mistakes you need to:

LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES

ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKES

STOP DWELLING ON YOUR MISTAKES

“Mistakes are a fact of life. It is the response to error that counts.” – Nikki Giovanni

“What is done cannot be undone, but at least one can keep it from happening again.” – Anne Frank
