You are constantly talking to yourself, having an inner monologue with yourself this is called self-talk.

Most of the time we have so many negative things to say, but no more sister….letโ€™s practice some positive self talk by reciting positive affirmations!!

Iโ€™ll go first, then I want you to list at least 2 for yourself…..๐Ÿ’“

๐Ÿ’š I embrace success. The words โ€œI canโ€™tโ€ are not in my vocabulary. I refuse to believe my own excuses. I am unstoppable!
