You are constantly talking to yourself, having an inner monologue with yourself this is called self-talk.
Most of the time we have so many negative things to say, but no more sister….letโs practice some positive self talk by reciting positive affirmations!!
Iโll go first, then I want you to list at least 2 for yourself…..๐
