Gratitude Journal ๐Ÿ““ 8/27/18

Good morning friends, as we start our day, please don’t forget to show gratitude.

We often hesitate to extend help unless asked. We don’t want to interfere or overstep our boundaries, or we are afraid that our behavior will be misinterpreted.

But an opportunity to assist others is a rare gift, and if your actions come from the heart, you will never be misjudged.

Thank you for those who have offered help to me when they saw I was struggling with something,

even if I was too afraid or to reach out.

For those of us who suffer from mental illness, remember you don’t have to suffer alone or in silence.

It’s ok to ask someone for help, and if you are noticing someone that needs a lifting up, don’t hesitate.

๐Ÿ’ซHappy Sunday evening, I hope everyone had a great day! I enjoyed an awesome church service ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ and even got some confirmation on some things I’ve been praying about!

๐Ÿ’ซAs you get prepared for the week ahead, remember what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. If you manage to make it past last week, you are more than capable of conquering the new week ahead. Here are a couple of affirmations to meditate on tonight:

โœจToday, I became a little bit wiser. Thank you.

โœจI take this moment to see the goodness around me.

โœจI let go of any worries or concerns and give them to Spirit.

โœจToday, I did my best. And tomorrow is another day.
