It’s Mental Health Awareness Month

Here we are again with another month to educate and teach about mental health. I still can’t believe people still don’t get what this illness is??🤔 Just because we don’t look sick doesn’t mean we’re not. And NO, we just can’t get over it dammit!!! I’m proud that I’m no longer in that dark place like I was last year and the year before that. I’m happy I found therapy and meds. Thanks to all my friends who put up with me and took the time to understand how my brain was reacting. Shout out to the brave souls who are still battling this illness on a daily basis, we have your back!!!! Continue on your road to recovery! Chat soon…

Mental health is so real! I’ve been trying to check into mine but I haven’t found the right therapist just yet. But I’m working on it!

Keep sharing and bringing an awareness to mental health. As you said, a lot of people are still clueless and don’t understand that.

My mental health has been all over the place! With teaching, auditions and just everyday struggles I NEED a vacation! Hopefully people will be educated more and know that it’s more serious than ever!
