About Motivational Affirmations

The key to staying positive is to feel the feelings the affirmations portray. You can always adjust them according to how you are feeling that day. I know by the middle of the week, most of us are dragging the hell around. Remember in order for affirmations to work, you have to say them often and believe what you say. Affirmations are a choice to use, I love reminding myself that it’s ok to toot my own horn every now and then. The more often you use them, you will see your life take a new direction. I try my best to use them daily, especially on those days I really feel like turning to the bottle. So use these or create your own. I’m determined to make this a great year, even if it kills!
