Here are little truths about Mindfulness and why I think it may be beneifical to you:
- It can help some relieve stress
- It can lower your blood pressure
- May improve sleep
- Mindfulness can improve your well being
- It can improve some mental health disorders
- It could also improve your emotions
Now many might not agree with me, and I would be glad to take any advice I can get! So far I have enjoyed learning, and reading different books on it. At this point in my life I’m willing to try anything to get myself healthy again….
