My Thursday Truth!!!

Here are little truths about Mindfulness and why I think it may be beneifical to you:

  • It can help some relieve stress
  • It can lower your blood pressure
  • May improve sleep 
  • Mindfulness can improve your well being
  • It can improve some mental health disorders
  • It could also improve your emotions 

Now many might not agree with me, and I would be glad to take any advice I can get! So far I have enjoyed learning, and reading different books on it. At this point in my life I’m willing to try anything to get myself healthy again….
