New Week Motivation!

Happy Monday, it’s a stormy day here and of course my nerves are super bad. My anxiety level goes up to 100 when storms are around. Today was a pretty good day and my weekend was really busy, ever since I launched my new online store selling my homemade bath salts, lip balms, and scrubs! I can’t say it enough about how proud I am of myself, it’s been a long time since I said that. My therapy sessions are going good, I’m planning out my goals, my mind is clear and in a better place. For so long it look like my life was on a downhill spiral. So glad I got the help I needed when I did, I am a true believer that therapy and medications work. With that being said, I am I’m learning how to set my goals and plan out what I want to do. If things don’t work out, I just keep calm and move on to the next thing. So now I’m overwhelmed, my kitchen and dining room looks like a mess. I have so many orders to get out, I may soon have to hire me a little partner. Omg, that sounds so good! Setting goals and sticking to them are hard when you are under the cloud of depression, I remember having all these ideas in my head, but couldn’t get them out. I dreamed and prayed for this day to come, now I’m so nervous it’s to good to be true. Oh well not going to look backwards, just going to enjoy the ride while I can. I love being so busy, if only my body would let me stand longer. I’m still dealing with these chronic pains, my body always feels like a truck hit me. I’m not going to complain, one thing at a time. Learning to set goals has also helped with my depression, instead of feeling down because I can’t see how things are going to work. I now just focus on plans to make the goals work. I’m focusing on being motivated, and writing these goals down can give you some direction in which way you should go. I found doing so much research on those essentials oils and uses, kept me really busy! I enjoyed learning about the different effects they have on your body. Setting goals gives you a clear plan, and shows you what areas you need to put work into. All goals don’t need to be big , just enough to distract you for the moment. Something you love or dream about doing, I came up with this homemade product business overnight and did all the research. Hell there was a time I couldn’t focus on shit, lol for real. Just look at those unhappy areas in your life and try changing that. I love taking baths, and decided that everyone should feel the same excitement I do when taking them. So my little plan is working out. Well hope this little info helps someone out today, I’m extremely happy to be typing good things.
