Think Positive!

Had a pretty good day so far, nothing I couldn’t handle. Today just seemed normal where as yesterday I had several panic attacks. I hate not knowing when a day is going to be good or bad. I just want a normal day dammit!! There are days when all I want to do is stay in bed, well today is not that day! I will use the little bit of energy I have and focus on getting my book done.   1. Brilliant. One day at a time. They may be set backs along the way, but don’t focus on the bad ones, remember those good ones and how far you have come along.
